There are a couple of new letters up at the CT Movies feedback page… or, as I like to call it, the Greatest Show on Earth. You never know what the letters will be like… sometimes it’s inspiring, sometimes it’s discouraging, and sometimes it’s the best comedy going.
If you scroll down the list, one reader states that he did not watch The Nativity Story because ” How can you look at Mary (Keisha Castle-Hughes) who is knocked up by her boy friend and feel a true portrayal of the Virgin Mother?” I hope he was joking.
Did he feel that Jim Caviezel as Jesus in The Passion of the Christ was a true portrayal of Christ? There is so much wrong with that line of thinking. How did we (Christians) get like this?
Yep, those big screen crotch grabs cause me to stumble everytime…
i actually want to see ‘blades of glory’ now. and then turn to my right and ask Jesus if he thought it was funny enough.
