U2…Julie Taymor…Spider-man…I should be excited about this, but I’m not. Seems a cash-grab and I’m not sure how much more can be said about Spider-man that hasn’t been said in comic books or movies.
That said, the song would be more gripping if the lyrics were different. Maybe somthing like “Spider-man, Spider-man, does whatever a spider can.”
Call me when they do the Spider-pig (or Harry Plopper) musical.
