Shazuko Endo’s book is a masterpiece worth reading twice, but what Scorsese will do with it worries me. Silence is a Christian story and not fit for a nihilist slant as I saw in The Departed.

uh…a G.I. Joe movie…why don’t we just melt some Velveeta in the microwave and pour it on Tostitos…it’d be less cheesy. :P

I may actually see “G.I. Joe” as it has Christopher Eccleston in it (is this what he left ‘Doctor Who’ for?).
