At first I was worried it wasn’t going to be a musical, but then Johnny started singing! I’m not worried about Burton’s adaptation of this though, as The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of the best dark musicals. Thanks for posting this! – Maryann Shaw
Visuals look absolutely amazing and very reminiscent of last year’s brilliant Perfume. No worries in that department since it is a Tim Burton film.
Johnny Depp’s singing leaves something to be desired, though. I’m a bit worried in that department since much of Sweeney Todd is either sung or spoke-sung (a la Rex Harrison).
